The deadline to submit is March 16, 2015. Unfortunately, we will be unable to consider late applications.
- This application is for families applying for tuition assistance at any private or parochial elementary or middle school in Jefferson or Oldham County, Kentucky.
- If you are applying for a Catholic school, this application will automatically qualify you for Catholic Education Foundation financial assistance also. If you have already filled out an application with CEF (click here to see the application), you do not need to fill out another one here. That will qualify you for School Choice consideration, too.
